Many companies are afraid to let their employees actively participate in social media platforms… at least while they are at work. But one can not stop the avalanche. Everyone gets bored or too frustrated from time to time. He/she wants a break. And that break is more often found online with a quick check of the Facebook profile, a tweet or a research on the next vacation spot at Flickr.
